Redemption Details
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please contact Gray Line of Boston prior to the date you wish to take the shopping excursion to schedule a pick-up time and location; the phone number will appear on your voucher(s). If your hotel is not on the pick-up route, you may go to a nearby hotel on the pick-up route or you may choose to meet the tour at the address on your voucher(s). Please contact Gray Line of Boston if you have any transportation questions. After pick-up, you will meet the tour bus at the Gray Line Ticket Office in Park Square; please present your voucher(s) to the Gray Line representative.
